Daughtry is gonna rock thanksgiving halftime

If I were the music buying type, which I'm not, Daughtry is the only American Idol contestant I would even consider buying their music.

creed was never original. they were what was left of grunge when grunge was done. between creed and nickleback, you got the generic stuff covered.

if some love creed - great. they do have some good points. overall i just found them as cookie cutter as daughtery.

only i relate to daughtery more.

its all good. really. if it makes you stand taller, push that music on.

just love music.

fyi - i'm on record now to say jonas brothers is NOT music. someone tell disney to shut up.

Meh, He has a great voice, his band has a good sound.

His lyrics suck, all his lyrics sound so generic and plain it makes me sad. He could do so much better =/

Unfortunately anyone half way decent that comes out of AI is pretty much stuck in the same boat. They all have good voice, good sound, plain *** boring every day lyrics and song themes.

Daughtry is great, I really like his music. For those not familiar, his style is alot like NickleBack. In fact, Daughtry and NickleBack toured together for awhile.

I never watched him on American Idol, I hate that show. I heard his song "Blown Away" on the radio about 1 million times driving around Austin so I checked out his other songs and they were not bad either.

Even if he is not the best choice, he is a hell of a lot better than the freaking Jonas Brothers. Good Lord, that halftime show sucked last year.
