Damn Still what you say about Lamb lol?Let me live man! Lol in my chris Carter voice "I WAS WRONG "
I said he wasn't a number 1 and had doubts that he would be.Damn Still what you say about Lamb lol?
Ahh ok that's fair especially since you admitted you were wrong. TRUTHFULLY, I feel like 90% of this site felt the way you did. I know I did. Hell through week 6 I feel that way lol. It became clear by years end though that yeah he had taken that step. But it took a journey to get there. I just didn't see the big moment plays early on...I saw it in New England last year but it was it wasn't very often. But aye I was wrong. Have no shame in admitting that. Glad I was lol.I said he wasn't a number 1 and had doubts that he would be.
Hope that bum Joseph makes me admit I was wrong about him too. That's for another day thoughAhh ok that's fair especially since you admitted you were wrong. I'm dying on that one for some reason. I can't even explain why lol. GAllimore too lol. I stuck it out with LVE and he seemed to turn it around lol.Hope that bum Joseph makes me admit I was wrong about him too. That's for another day though
LVE had one of the worst injuries for a LB. I knew it would take him over a year in order to trust the neck after he healed from the surgery..I'm dying on that one for some reason. I can't even explain why lol. GAllimore too lol. I stuck it out with LVE and he seemed to turn it around lol.
To be fair the year before he had alot of mental lapses, most said he would need to be much better to be a 1 and he did that so Kudos to Lamb! now for this list not to have Chase on it is kinda wierd to me..love Lamb but I'm not sure you can rank Lamb ahead of Chase going off of production if Chase wasn't hurt he was on pace to lead the league by alot.really?? you mean to tell me a player just last offseason, just the first half of last season,
this place, this fanbase said was a 2 at best , some said he wouldn't do well without Cooper drawing coverage, egg on faces. even the he drops it too much was major false narrative.
hes never led the league in drops or close to it..fans saw what they saw but officially was never near the 7-9 that the top droppers were at like Jamar chase who has been dropper since day 1 and many that are allegedly better than CD dropped it more.. it was an exaggeration day 1 , just saying they called TO a dropper hes what 2nd ALL TIME gold jacket wearing WR?? ill take that right now if CD is cleo to TO in production. To be fair the year before he had alot of mental lapses, most said he would need to be much better to be a 1 and he did that so Kudos to Lamb! now for this list not to have Chase on it is kinda wierd to me..love Lamb but I'm not sure you can rank Lamb ahead of Chase going off of production if Chase wasn't hurt he was on pace to lead the league by alot.
Lamb might be my favorite current Cowboy, but you take JJ over him yesterday, today and tomorrow.Put things in perspective....IN order for us to have gotten Lamb we needed Jeudy and Ruggs to go first. Reagor right behind him....Then of course Jefferson after that. Glad we got him though. Jefferson has had the better career but Lamb was the right move then and would be the right move today.
of course we have posters who take everything to the extreme but there were issues with Lamb the season before, I had questions he would flourish as the #1 with not much help..he did and I'm extremly happy he did.hes never led the league in drops or close to it..fans saw what they saw but officially was never near the 7-9 that the top droppers were at like Jamar chase who has been dropper since day 1 and many that are allegedly better than CD dropped it more.. it was an exaggeration day 1 , just saying they called TO a dropper hes what 2nd ALL TIME gold jacket wearing WR?? ill take that right now if CD is cleo to TO in production.
we focus on our own player every snap of every game then break it all down under microscope, we didn't see the league as they elite players making more mistakes. players will never be perfect he will drop some like players wil miss a covergae, miss tackle, throw a pick, miss FG, bad punt, bad block, fumble a ball etc etc we just notice it more with our players.
Given the choice, I can't see how you don't take Jefferson now, but Lamb was considered the better player when he was drafted. So the Cowboys made the right choice based on expectations and the wrong choice based on careers. Of course, the team that really made the wrong choice was the Eagles in selecting Reagor over Jefferson. Glad they did, though.Put things in perspective....IN order for us to have gotten Lamb we needed Jeudy and Ruggs to go first. Reagor right behind him....Then of course Jefferson after that.
