The performance was originally scheduled to occur over New York City’s Hudson River earlier this week. Due to inclement weather, Blaine and his team relocated to the Arizona desert.

I heard about this and all I could think of is those pilots mistook a jetpack as a paramotor (yes one has a parachute looking contraption on it), but I find it very hard to believe anyone was using a jetpack at that altitude considering it can only sustain flight for 10 minutes.
