I think the best part of this is that he is claiming his team as some sort of underdog.

Yet his team is favored.

and his team has dominated the headlines since march and has been crowned champions already numerous times this year.

The fact that they are all spinning themselves into some sort of underdog role up there is comical. Fun to watch though.

Right on Theebs! The talk was about Minnesota and New Orleans as being the two teams to beat pretty much the whole season up until they both started to stumble! Plus the WHOLE season is Favre this and Favre that so I don't want to hear it!! It's just the fact that we've been playing great football the last four weeks because when we lost to SD EVERYONE was saying oh another December collapse for the Cowboys yada yada yada!!

Don't think you are on some kind of special isolated island in wanting it bad or loving your team. I guarantee you there are fans here who want it as bad as you do, who love the Cowboys as much as you love the Vikings. I guarantee you there are Lions and Rams and Browns and Raiders and Commanders fans who do too. It's prevalent across sports, not just you.

We are not the Lions or Bears. If you think for one minute this game is going to be easy then you are in for a rude awakening. Did you pay attention to what we did to the Eagles? Your Head Coach comes from Andy Reid's football lineage. You run virtually the same style of Offense. You are better than them. I would never deny that. They were a tune up.

I respect your team. Obviously a lot more than you respect ours to come here and say some of the things you have. But I admire your passion.

I think we are the better team. It really is just that simple. Nothing personal, expect some more pain. This isn't your year. It may not be ours either, but it isn't yours. I will say this, if we lose to you I do hope you win it all. I think Vikings fans do deserve some glory for a change. But not this year.

When you've had the feeling of glory put into your system it's a feeling you don't forget, no matter how long it's been or how many times you've felt it. Knowing what I know and being able to still recall how I felt when I was a little kid watching us beat Craig Morton and Denver way back...it's a thirst never quenched even though we've drank 5 gulps. It's the best feeling in the world. Knowing this feeling I can honestly say I want this game as bad as you do...and then some.

I'm with Hostile on this one. I love these type of posts. At least this guy is real. Normally, opposing fans come here pretending to be our best friend, when all they really want to do is talk smack before the game, and gloat just in case they win.

This is what playoff football is all about. Someone is going to be sent into the offseason weeping like a baby and someone will be moving on. I've never been so excited about a sport in my life as I've been the last few weeks. We crushed the Eagles, and now I want us to crush the Vikings.

I want another Superbowl and I want it badly. Hell, at 24 years old, it will feel like my first. I feel like Captain freakin' Ahab chasing Moby Dick. If my chest could become a cannon, I would shoot my heart upon the Vikings, or any other NFL franchise in our way.
