This guy had quite a game yesterday subbing for Stroud. I didn't know he was even still in the league. Last time I saw him, he didn't look like he'd be a good minor league QB.

I remember at one point he was going to be their guy. Then he played an actual game

He may, like many other QB's, just needed time to develop, or just played one good game.

Or just have better support around you. But it's hard to tell which is true.
