Day 2 draft positions

Maybe I should know this, but why are we drafting 12th in the 2nd and 11th in the 3rd? Shouldnt we be in the 10th position every round?

Teams with the same record rotate through the positions. Dallas, NYG and SF all finished 6-10. In the first round, the order was DAL-NYG-SF, but it rotates in later rounds. Round 1 order is based on strength of schedule, if I remember correctly.
