Day 2 FBS linemen "all messed up and wont get drafted". Will Rackley?

It would if he's the guy Bunting was referring to with the career ending back issue. If memory serves, he didn't run at the combine. IDK, just shooting in the dark here.

I don't think it's Rackley. He didn't run at the combine, but he did do everything else and he ran at his pro day.

I dont know of any FBS OL projected to go round 1. The list is pretty small really.

I do wonder why its a secret. At this point no one seems to hold back on piece of info, no matter if its double checked or not

Is Villanova an FBS school? Ijalana hasn't done a thing all offseason because of a hernia, but that's not a back issue.

Not saying it won't be Ijalana but that would be a total shock. I've seen him mocked as high as the late 1st round.

They won't soon go away until he proves his twice-dislocated right knee, surgically repaired shoulder and other minor dings and dents aren't long-term issues. Shoulder problems, especially for offensive and defensive linemen, can be neon warning flags. Still, O'Dowd could go in the third or fourth round. He showed at the Senior Bowl he can anchor against NFL-caliber size -- Baylor nose tackle Phil Taylor, for example -- which was invaluable considering he had been praised mostly for his mobility. - Jeff Reynolds

Good call, thats like point #1 people bring up w/ him. But I dont think he was considered a 3rd rounder anymore.

Whoa, hadn't heard about that. I wonder if it's something they discovered during testing or something he knew about already.

The draft process might have just saved his life if it's the former.
