Day 2 Thread

Consensus Rankings for Best Players Available (Ranked lower than our draft slot of 44)

Sheduer Sanders (11)
Will Johnson (13)
Mike Green (17)
Luther Burden (36)
Nick Emanwori (29)
Donovan Ez.(30)
Trey Amos (38)
Treyveon Henderson (37)
Shavon Revel (42)
Nic Scourton (41)

Please for the love of Pete do not draft an injury / character concern or a RB not named Henderson and I'm probably happy. Top targets for me would be Burden, Dono, Amos and Scourton.
I am seeing CB in round 2.

I can't believe they actually took BPA. This was the best possible pick.

I viewed Ez as a first rounder. Amazing pick.

Reminds me of the Kneeland pick last year . Young pass rushers to join Micah and Sam Williams chasing Daniels & Hurts . So far I like what I’m seeing with both picks this year .

BPA for the win. You can never have too many pass rushers.

He’s arguably the best pass rush technician in the class just needs to get stronger.

OK - with Dono in the 2nd and Shavel in the
3rd I think I forgive them for blowing the first round pick.

If healthy, he probably was the 3rd best cb in the entire class, think the bc pass rusher was a top 25 prospect, Booker probably was lowest rated out of the three, but a home run day 2 which they had to nail this year

Agree - day 1 was disappointing but feel like we’ve won day 2.

The Dallas Cowboys spent their third-round draft pick on East Carolina cornerback Shavon Revel Jr. and the value on him was absolutely incredible given that a lot of draft analysts thought his potential was to go in the second or even first round.

Unfortunately for Revel, he fell to the third round due to an ACL injury that he suffered last season. The Cowboys are fortunate in that Dr. Cooper happened to perform his surgery which gave them an advantage from a knowledge perspective and all of the conversation in the aftermath of the selection has suggested that he will be good to go for training camp.

The Dallas Cowboys are always under pressure to perform. With an aging quarterback and an expensive roster, the need for cheap talent has become critical. They have had a solid start to the NFL Draft, solidifying their offensive line with Tyler Booker in the first round. However, it was the defense that really let them down last year, and on day two, they have brought in reinforcements. After drafting an edge rusher in the second round, they picked up speedy cornerback Shavon Revel Jr. in the third round.

Quick now, grab the calendar, complain about up coming draft evaluations and start the really earnest tears insultingly.

Blow off the biting off of heads and peeing down the nubs now, Ace.

Micah Parsons shuts down holdout talk, ready to battle o-line at camp
