It's the second, so it will be a surprise pick.

I think they go JuJu or Samuel.

Cowboys played it safe with Taco Charlton, now the CBs are looking very DEEP, Dallas needs them to keep looking that way.
The start of the second day is always so jarring. The picks come in fast and the talent comes off the board in a hurry.

At least this year there should be good players until at least the end of the 3rd.

My want is to not force a pick at a specific position. There are plenty of good players left, and we have plenty of needs.

THe draft lines up in the second round very well for our areas of need. There will be a lot of corners and safeties.

Agreed. RB and OL and QB are positions that will be selected before we go at 60. Should have our pick of 4-5 CB/S guys.

I've got news for you guys, there is NO WAY, and I mean NO WAY IN HECK that this FO is going anywhere but DB in Rd 2

So realistically it is

CB: Collins, Moreau, Tsnkersley, King

Safety: Williams, josh jones

As they say

BOOK IT

If Ju Ju is gone then I bet we go DB in Rd 3 as well

Reports are Dolphins are hot for Cordrea Tankersly.

Miami visited with him, so did Seattle, who has two 2nd round choices before Dallas.

My ultimate nightmare is that they see a bunch of corners go and then reach for someone like Shaquill Griffin.

The kid from Oregon State who we have been linked to and by most indications is a 3rd or 4th round kid. DeCoud.

I could see them panicking and grabbing him if there is a run on CBs in Rd 2.

And why it was dumb to let both Carr and Claiborne walk. In letting both walk, the Cowboys put themselves in a situation where they had to get one, maybe two, CBs in this draft. If a bunch come off the board in Rd 2 before we pick, the team could be inclined to panic because they simply have holes at CB that they could have partially avoided.

I have not seen him ranked anywhere that high. That is another scary one to think of if the corners all get grabbed.

Surprised no one's mentioned Tre'Davious White.

Don't like him as much as some other CB's mentioned ITT, but he'd be good value at 60.

LOL...I did the SAME thing with him last night in the draft thread so don't worry about it man. Some guys on here were worried about taking him and I didn't notice he was snagged just prior to my post about him potentially going to us at 28....egg, meet face.

Yep. I can see letting Mo go...he was always hurt but BC was solid and durable. Not spectacular, but still pretty good.

I'm calling the run on DBs to completely wipe out all their targets and they either go in another direction altogether or snap up Sidney Jones.
