It looks like Joe Thomas is the Lee backup. I expect that to be in a pinch or for the remainder of a game. If lee were to miss a lot time I would expect them to slide Smith to Will, LVE to Mike, and Wilson comes in as Sam.

Yes but I doubt they go long term with Thomas if Lee misses a lot of time. Will is important position in the defense, with Wilson you have guy that is slightly above a JAG but can man the SLB and you know what you are going to get.
