Chip Kelly has taken over the 49ers war room...make no mistake:lmao2:

Buckner...and now this?????

Give up a 4th and a 6th:lmao::laugh::omg::lmao2::huh:

Even Berman was speechless:muttley:

You have way more confidence in this front office than I do, I guess.

Under that line of thinking, one defensive player in the first round wouldn't have made a difference anyway. It's what they do in rounds 2-7 that will make or break this draft.

Whats up with spence. A few had us trading down to 8 to draft him.

They don't forgive ya after one year. Stigma still too strong. He's the most talented player out there and fits our biggest need (Jack is the other) as a pure pass rusher. He submitted his own tests to NCAA while @ Eastern Kentucky to prove he is turning his life around. 13 1/2 sacks off the edge would be scooped in 2 seconds esp considering he was a stud @ Ohio State as well. Hope we take him @ 34. Feel so lucky we didn't get suckered into Bosa:D

The Cowboys attempting to get Lynch with Myles Jack still on the board scares me about what they're gonna do at 34.

So what about all of the other teams that passed on Jack?

These teams are pretty thorough. There's a point where Jack's knee is worth the risk, but apparently the draft hasn't reached that point.

Don't sweat it....I'm gonna find that Cook video where he .........shhhhh...I'm supposed to be on my best behavior:rolleyes:

Good enough?

Few teams can win without their pro bowl starting QB. You don't draft a project to back up your starter, you take him to sit on the bench and learn.

I understand your point; in fact, I agree with it. But we effectively don't have a backup QB right now, we have a development guy who has been developing for five full years and I don't think has won a game. So, we need to develop another QB, and generally the better the pedigree, the better the chances of it turning out well. If Tony goes down early, we're in for another disastrous season, IMO, and we don't even benefit from our future QB getting some experience.

The irony of that 49ers trade is that in Philly, Kelly ignored the OL in the draft. Now he trades up for an OG?

Hahahahaha.
