Wait, so Biffle is wrong there but Dale Sr., the Nascar God, was okay with what he did blocking for Michael Waltrip and Jr. in the final laps of his life?

Just a little consistency. That's all I ask.

As an aside, if I were Kahne, the last guy I'd help would be Jr. He left Kahne out to dry earlier in that race like a bleepin bleepedy bleep.

Bleep.

I personally believe if he hadn't been blocking he'd still be here.

Dale did not have the car to win and knew it so he blocked instead. I don't have anything negative to say about Biffle or why he did not try to make a stronger run at Kenseth

Well, it's hard to say. Maybe it was fate. Maybe he was destined to go out that way. But he clearly was blocking. The first time I've ever seen Dale not try to win a race.

To me it was his finest moment. Nobody had any more of a desire to win than he did and he put his son and his buddy driving for him before his own success.

He went into that wall and left this Earth knowing his cars were going to be 1-2 in the 500. That was pretty sweet and I'm far from a fan of his.
