IRVING, Texas – The Cowboys will once again have a few coaches participate in the Bill Walsh NFL Minority Coaching Fellowship program at training camp in the offseason.

Last year, he spent the season at Waxahachie High School, where former Cowboys quarterback Jon Kitna took over as head coach.

In the past, defensive line coach Leon Lett started his coaching career with the minority fellowship program with the Cowboys, and running backs coach Gary Brown has also been part of the program with the Panthers in 2007.

I remember Jerry used to talk highly of the leadership skills he had at such a young age. Thats TChoice23 video in the KC game you can see a guy who did whatever the team needed him to do.
