Cowboys over Saints, 24-17 is the biggest Cowboys win since . . .
That one is completely up to you. All week the question kept coming up, and yeah, the stature of the game was pretty obvious. After two losses in a row, the Cowboys were going on the road against an undefeated team. On national TV, Saturday night in the French Quarter.
What do you compare it to? It's really all to be determined. Washington and Philadelphia are next, and they do still control their own destiny, least we forget.
You could just go back a few weeks ago, when a win at Philly seemed like a pretty big deal. But then again this one was more needed, and silences those December complaints. Or what about that Thursday night game against Green Bay in '07?
Some go back to the last time they knocked off an unbeaten, against then 11-0 Indianapolis. Or 1991 against 12-0 Washington.
What do you all think? Right now it's the same as that Colts game for me, but then again they probably needed this one more.
