For a while we've been hearing the idea from outside media that, financially speaking, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones needs to avoid a lockout as much as anyone.

That may be true to some degree or another. Jones' biggest bill at the moment is payment for Cowboys Stadium, the $1.2 billion structure for which he personally paid three-quarters of the cost.

nothing in that article that Jerruh said supports what the blog claims. Typical.

I don't know, but it doesn't seem that Jerry is running from issues contended as coverups.

Those quotes were right off the news broadcast of the other day.
Nothing new and he did not answer the question.

Then again, the stadium does host many other events, and Jones is one of the owners in the NFL who isn't laying off employees or reducing salaries during the lockout.
Why doesn't the media emphasize this part? Of course, I know the answer.

There's only news if he was laying off employees or having salary reductions. No real need to report status quo.

Curiuos.... They must all be part time employees. or at least 99% of them.
There are very few events scheduled for Cowboy Stadium in the coming months.

Their even schedule does not show tentative NFL dates.

And I am trying to figure what you icon is.

Media accuracy in reporting Jerry's financials:

Doesn'r seem to me that Jerry has any interest in avoiding a lockout; in fact, he seems to be one of the main instigators.

So Jones actaully didn't answer the question, but that didn't stop you from saying that he did anyways.

Failure just reeks from dc.com
