Robiskie, English Top Names Roaming The Halls
Posted by nickeatman at 4/16/2009 12:36 PM CDT on truebluefanclub.com
The Cowboys are entertaining several draft prospects over the next two days. Among the players filing into Valley Ranch on Thursday included Ohio state wide receiver Brian Robiskie, Northern Illinois pass rusher Larry English, Houston offensive tackle Sebastian Vollmer, and Texas A&M quarterback Stephen McGee.
Robiskie is the son of longtime NFL player and coach Terry Robiskie. While he may not have game-breaking speed, he does run great routes and catches the ball well, as to be expected. His draft stock has been all over the map. You can find his name on mock drafts ranging anywhere from the first to the third round.
Other players visiting Cowboys over these next two days include San Jose State defensive lineman Jarron Gilbert and a trio of safeties who could be good fits for the second round – Clemson’s Michael Hamlin, Texas Tech’s Darcel McBath and Western Michigan’s Louis Delmas.
