T Time - Romo Picks Golf Over Media
Posted by nickeatman at 8/16/2009 5:35 PM CDT on truebluefanclub.com
Although quarterback Tony Romo was expected to chat with reporters after Sunday’s second practice – and he still might – he made a beeline into the locker room to do something he likes much better than talking to the media: Golf.
Rumor has it, Romo is inside watching the end of the PGA Championship, which is shaping up to be quite a battle to the end between Tiger Woods and Y.E. Yang.
We’ll see if Romo returns for a little face time.
Crayton, Austin Swap Jerseys

We must be nearing the end of camp, because Patrick Crayton and Miles Austin tried to break up the monotony by trading practice jerseys in Sunday's afternoon practice.
Austin wore Crayton's No. 84. Crayton wore Austin's No. 19. Neither player inherited the other's skills, though, and quarterback Tony Romo didn't bite on the switch.
"He's going to throw it to the open guy regardless," Austin said. "At the end of the day we've both got to be open. We just did it to joke around a little bit. We kind of came up with it together."
The confusion will end Monday, Austin said.
