Senior Bowl: Day 2 In Mobile

Between practices here in Mobile, Ala., where the North team has wrapped up the morning session. The South team starts their single workout soon, featuring guys like West Virginia's Pat White, Texas' Quan Cosby, USC's Rey Maualuga and Ole Miss' Michael Oher.
Cowboys head coach Wade Phillips declined interview requests again this morning, and the entire coaching staff has been relatively quiet this week. Phillips was active during practice, however, scouting the entire field. He did spend significant time watching the North's defensive linemen, so take that for what it's worth. The Cowboys have decisions to make regarding free-agent linemen Chris Canty and Tank Johnson.
Hoping to speak with Jerry Jones again this afternoon. One player we'll keep an eye on is White, who wants to play quarterback at the NFL level. The Cowboys could decide to draft a young quarterback in the later rounds and groom him as a backup to Tony Romo.
