T.O. Politically Correct On QB Talk
Posted by mickshot at 10/29/2008 3:21 PM CDT on truebluefanclub.com

Terrell Owens put up a big stop sign when reporters tried goading him Wednesday into talking about the Cowboys quarterback situation with Tony Romo still out with the broken fifth finger on his right (throwing) hand and Brad Johnson set to start a third game after posting a 60.3 QB rating in his previous two starts against St. Louis and Tampa Bay. He evidently was aware of all the Brooks Bollinger talk going around.

“Not my decision,” Owens said, anticipating he was going to be asked about starting Johnson or possibly going to Bollinger.

And when he sensed a follow-up question coming, Owens immediately said, “Next question.”

That is a sure-fire way of keeping himself out of any controversy.

Actually, he was saying "next question" everytime Ed "mr. bad haircut" Werder asked a question. He's been doing it for the last couple of weeks.

Awesome.

Now if only someone would smack Werder upside the head with a cactus...

Yep.

NOW when Werder does his reports on the Cowboys he has a little EXTRA on them.

Its friggin funny actually. I dont think he EVER leaves Owens out of the report... usually with an ULTRA negative comment.
