In addition to quarterback Tony Romo (back; limited participation), three more starters sat out or were limited in Monday's light walk-through: tight end Jason Witten (foot; did not participate), cornerback Mike Jenkins (head/elbow; did not participate) and linebacker Keith Brooking (ankle/limited participation).

Jenkins is dealing with a bruised biceps and took a blow to the head late in the fourth quarter, but he expects to play. Witten and Brooking each played the entire game. Head coach Wade Phillips said he would be cautious with any player who got banged up against the Commanders.

Phillips likely will hold another light workout on Tuesday, trying to keep his players fresh on a short week.

Looks like this 10 day rest will be sorely needed.

I sure hope we won't hear a bunch of crap when Wade gives them some days off!

If the Cowboys offense doesn't wake up, just the opposite will happen. They just beat a pretty well balanced Cincinatti team dude. They're feeling good and playing pretty stout defense.

This will be, in no way, a walk in the park.
