Four Players Return To Practice

Just before the start of Saturday afternoon’s practice, Wade Phillips said defensive linemen Jason Hatcher and Josh Brent were “getting close” to return. Sounds like, by close, Phillips meant in a few minutes.
Because Hatcher and Brent are both in uniform and practicing with the team. Hatcher has been out for nearly a week with a hyper-extended elbow and Brent sufferend a broken right hand, but is out to practice wearing a cast.
Also linebacker Steve Octavien returned after a few days off with a hip injury and deep snapper L.P. Ladouceur was sick for the morning practice, but is back on the field in pads for the afternoon.
Not practicing once again are safety Pat Watkins (sore knee) and linebacker Sean Lee (quad strain). Of course, Dez Bryant isn’t out there, although he was spotted on the sideline with a walking boot.
