^This. I would add that Bailey has been a consistent playmaker since he joined the team. He has had his misses but he has been a constant winning asset. Team production would be very stable if other position players would play as well as Bailey.

I have a lot of respect for him but it's sort of sad talking about a kicker solidly being one of the best players on the roster. Usually even the best kickers toll in relatively quiet obscurity in relation to other star players on a team. However, Bailey's teammates' level of play has been so sporadic that it's hard to discount his dependability game-in game-out. No one else overshadows him.
