IRVING, Texas – A return for Miles Austin at the right price isn’t entirely out of the question. Head coach Jason Garrett said Austin is “absolutely” a possibility to come back to the team, altho...

I don't mind seeing Miles come back and going to training camp at a low cost. Having said that the first sign of hamstring issues and I would send him packing. Miles would have to show this is no longer an issue.

If been saying even before they released him: he would be veteran insurance if one of the starters goes down. Of course the price would have to be correct.

Oh for crying out loud!!
Soft, no heart and chronically injured are a bad mix for an NFL player.

The chronically injured part I agree with. As far as soft and no heart, I think you're way off base there.

for the love of God, this team refuses to turn the page on these losers. sometimes you have to let go of the past even if it means short term struggles to get some new chemistry/energy on the team. jason had no issue doing it with the oline in 2011, i wish he'd do the same with this soft loser austin. dude looked like a zombie on the sideline during dez's lions game rant. he doesn't care about winning.

Austin is dead to me, I started questioning his desire when he "lost it in the lights" and the casual jog back to the line in the Ravens game sealed it

I don't see how he can make the final 53. At this stage he is nothing more than a progress stopper. Time to move on.

Wasted money. Wasted roster spot. Groom up a young guy who can actually stay on the field & quit spouting stupid about wanting Miles back maybe.

I think these bumps are just doing his agent a favor. Austin's really unlikely to be back if we don't get an injury to somebody in camp.

I think it's all predicated on Street's progress. Reading both Jason and Stephen, they want a receiver who can step in should Dez or T-Will go down.

I agree. I don't think Austin is getting a secured spot if he returns and I don't taking guys to training camp stops anyone progress

I'll reluctantly admit we should cut ties with Miles due to his injury history, but if he shows up at training camp I'll be rooting for him.

Austin when healthy can help the team on the field win yardage and games, at the right price it's certainly a welcome addition.
