Well there won't be all difficult decisions, some are obvious, or should be, as to who to release:
Gathers. Never done squat.
Lee. Too costly.
Wilson. Spot player, can be replaced cheaper with a draft pick.
Irving. Doesn't care about the team or the game.
Austin. Too often injured, hasn't shown anything except punt return ability, and there's precious few returns these days.
Darian Thompson. Who? Can't get on the field with Woods and Heath not really that great, bring in a new guy.
Marcus Martin. Nothing special, draft a guard.
Datone Jones. Ditto Marcus Martin comment.
Releasing those guys covers most of the need positions, need upgrades there...
