nate is saying it like it is, no leader on this team, no head coach to lead this team, or owner to show how to sacrifice,

nate is saying fans, guys on this team just dont care,

he even went on to say, to him maybe seems like the talent evaluators that waited 3 weeks to play tashard choice, the cowboys should have gottne choice ready sooner

and phillips has to put his foot on this team and keep it there or he will loose this team

and you have to mean what you say and lead by example

just lots of good stuff here DC, maybe you can post it,

The question is......does Jerry buy into this?
who cares? the question is can you handle going 20 more years with no superbowl wins?

Nate does drop some science in here.

This team is about 'i' and not about sacrificing themselves for 'team'.

yep, he lowered the boom basically on all of the players, even jerry jones, wade and the coaches

just doesnt sound good, because like he talked about, the guys are still talking about I, like bradie james, T O has a new show coming out, again I, too much talk and not enough walk, just like Nate said;

just doesnt look good zoners; and what are jerry jones and wade doing? basically nothing, just looks bad to me,

So pessimistic. So Ingmar Bergman. Bleak winter of despair.

Hey, how is the meade over there?
I can't find any brand in Farmers Branch, though, gosh, this is Schlitz-drinking country, anyways.
Love the meade!

If that doesnt describe T.O. to a "T" (pun intended) I dont know what does.

He would rather have his stats then to see his numbers diminish to get others involved.

And I'm Pro-T.O. for returning next year.

My biggest problem has been that I think this argument applies to so many guys in the locker room.

Getting rid of T.O. is a nice deodorant. He's the smelliest of them all in terms of reputation, and the media would certainly wear a badge of honor if they could run him out of town.

But I'm of the belief that next season will roll around, and even without T.O., we'll still see the same problems, still hear Bradie James yapping, Greg Ellis whining, and the team collapsing.

I'm hoping Choice gets a bigger role on the team over the next couple of seasons. He could be a positive influence on the locker room.

NO! Get with it. Jerry won us 3 Super Bowls ... all on his own. He was the mastermind behind building those 3 Super Bowl teams. It was all him.

We need to be thankful to him, and bow to his ever graces. We should never suggest that he has even the faintest inability to lead this team back to the Super Bowl.

Trust in Jerry Jones. It's obvious he knows what he's doing after winning us 3 Super Bowls. Never question his moves ... no matter how illogical. We're not behind the scenes, so we can't question.

Jerry Jones has the answers. He's a pure football man through and through.

We need to be thankful to him, and bow to his ever graces. We should never suggest that he has even the faintest inability to lead this team back to the Super Bowl. At least he is a GM and owner who has won several Superbowl in a 20 year span. Over half the teams in the NFL to date have never gotten that far. I believe we are still in a position to succeed in 2009 if we shore things up.

Trust in Jerry Jones. It's obvious he knows what he's doing after winning us 3 Super Bowls. Never question his moves ... no matter how illogical. We're not behind the scenes, so we can't question. Nobody has ever demanded to stop questioning Jerry and the players, coaches and even equipment manager for that matter. True we are not behind the scenes, even the local media frequently gets things wrong and they hang around Valley Ranch like flies on sticky paper.

Jerry Jones has the answers. He's a pure football man through and through.
Jerry has 20 years NFL owner and management experience and has enough credibility to serve on the NFL advisory committee. He has made his mistakes and acknowledge his foibles as well. The team's struggles and misadventures are reinforced in the media because of our exceptional visibility.

Meanwhile other owners and general managers on most teams continue making their mistakes in obscurity because they are not highly media targeted like the Cowboys.

Get over it, nothing like a productive or successful season to sing everyone's praises again. It is time to set aside the tiring, repetitive whining and to stop being a cheerleader for the morgue. There is a new season of hope and opportunity on the horizon and before I even start contemplating writing off Jerry or the organization I will see what it brings.

I like Nate, man tells it like it is.

Getting rid of TO would be a good start, but if it is not followed up by somebody stepping up in a big way as the leader of the offense, the infection TO caused will continue.
