VERY cold. Fedex has a terrible windchill this time of year. Well below freezing, and there conflicting reports on the wind. No precip at all.

I'd prepare for around 20-25 with windchill.

I'm about an hour fifteen minutes from DC.

It about 52 degrees now and feels good now, the weather is going to drop tonite, but I dont think it going to be a factor.

Right now I'm withinn walking distance of Fed Ex field, and it's fine outside. No real wind, will probably be cold tonight, but it's not bad now. Most of the snow melted away with the rain the last 2 days, and I don't think it'll rain
