Sorry about that DCfanatic. I only complained cause I was listening to your show from the get-go so it not only was 2nd time on your show but it video website also posted which allowed him to hear it even before your show.
I admit I was hoping to hear a lot more of what went on at these OTAs and that this show had no more access then what we post on this forum. But I really think the Dallas media consistently does a poor job about what goes on on practices (of whatever nature) with the Cowboys. Or else they compare notes before they write anything.
Fully understand media only has access to 1 OTA a week but usually all we get is some comments about 7-8 players. Since there around 70-80 players on the roster, seems to me more info should be available if media wasn't really paying attention. For example, why we've heard about Spencer, Marten, Free, Stanbuck & Deon, how are Folk, Brown & Ball looking? Among undrafted players, Ola's been mentioned, LB Dedringer (sp?), Hannah, QB Bartlett (sp?) & another QB. Has either RBs shown anything and are rest of undrafted players merely going thru the mentions? Understand the players not on pads and just doing drills, but at least with nothing else to talk about athletic-wise in Dallas, one could hope media
At least we can look forward to minicamp this weekend where the media will have full access. Let's see how much we learn. Hopefully it will be enough to keep most of us chewing on it for a few days.
