I don't see the purpose of the billboard, etc. but I understand fans are fed up and would like Jerry to hire a GM.

I think what makes the safety situation worst is the combination of Roy and Hamlin. If we teamed either of them with a ballhawk safety it would take some of the pressure off them and let them showcase their strengths.

He is wrong about that. We would have respected his ambitions and wished him well. I did it twice and I don't agree with his ideas as effective. He had his chance and he made his decision.
