You know what Hos, I was thinking that as I was editing the show. I was going to take a couple of them out, but then I said nah.

Don't feel bad I have about 12 emails from people telling me to stop saying 'you know'. lol. I can't help it. Maybe it's a NY thing or something.

I did notice the you know too, but far be it from me to criticize you for what you say on your show.

I have catch phrases but "let's be honest here" isn't one of them, so I'll be more careful. I mean let's be honest here amigo, seriously, I just don't expect to get any props if I'm redundant. Go John Wayne.
