I agree with you re: Dez' back. I'd extend him, anyway, but I'd very much like to see that deal staggered the way Witten's was to pay him handsomely but minimize the long-term exposure if he can't play a year or two into the deal.

It needs to be incentive-laden like Sean Lee's deal. Give Dallas some outs if he gets hurt.

Sadly, Lee might be done here. I think Dallas can exercise its way out of the contract given the injury provisions.
