Last December, while a member of the Seattle Seahawks, Moore was arrested on suspicion of DWI and driving with a suspended license.

As disappointing as this may be it also had to be expected that some punishment would be handed down for this infraction. Cowboys can't be shocked by this

But Jerry Jones does not think suspensions matter, except with it makes the player unavailable.

So basically now, they are down two ends the first two weeks of the year.

Well he was arrested this past December. Cowboys would have known about this and they would have known the real possibility that he would be fined and suspended for this. He will serve the 2 games and then we will find out if Cowboys made a mistake with him or not.
