DE Matthew Ioannidis is being released

He's a 3-4 end, would definitely be better suited inside here. I dont him as an improvement to whats already here

Sounds right up Stephen's purse strings.
A peek inside Stephen Jones’ pantry:

What's the case for this guy?
27 yrs old - 6'3 310
Would instantly become our best DT on the roster - can
25 sacks and 25 tackles for loss in 6 seasons at DT including 2020 when he missed most the season after tearing a bicep.

He's an 80 on Madden too :D:D (I'm joking here...sorta of)

He's 28, and while those number might we worth fitting into a rotation in Dallas, they are hardly the level of a player that it's truly important to have. If I look at Gallimore and Odighizuwa stats, and add that they are younger and still learning, I have a hard time convincing myself he is really an upgrade. Seems more like decent depth

Kind of surprising they let both Tim Settle and Ioannidis walk.
I'm not really sure what they are doing there.

They also let both guards go (One to Jacksonville and released the other)
