If he does somehow get it to 0, the deadline for Eli's quality of life is September 12th

I have heard nothing of a deadline, but from everything I've read it is in Hardy's best interest to make a move sooner rather than later if he's going to fight it. I've been wondering if the reason he hasn't taken action yet is because of the Peterson hearing on 13 August...Hardy's name was included in the complaint by the NFLPA so it may be possible that and he could get a reduction based on how the judge rules in that case. I'm not certain of that, but thought it might be a possibility.

It's my understanding the NFLPA has much more time beyond Friday to file suit against the NFL on behalf of Mr. Hardy. I'm curious who was spreading the rumor of this deadline? It is up to Hardy when the lawsuit gets filed and I suspect he is waiting for action in his request to get the DV incident expunged from his legal record, which is expected to happen in the next couple of months.

I heard it was 20 days. That means he has until Weds to decide.
FWIW- The NFL just announced the Brady appeal is denied.
