I was a little underwhelmed by their signings. Other than Archuletta and a few punt returns by Randall El, this group was insignificant last night.

being in 49ers area I was able to see how horrible a player andre carter was. the guy flatout is worthless. lloyd is a one hit wonder so to speak, can't make normal catches, cant block and cant go over the middle at all. had a few circus catches that basically won him the lotto imo.

ya, but they are giving guys $30 million contracts, we give guys like $15 million contracts. they are just in another league when it comes to overpaying for busts.

it was not a good week for the skins FA's. especially arch and carter. lloyd was open a couple of times and brunell missed him.

i hope theres more to these guys than what i saw last night.

I think Randall El is going to be a nightmare on special teams. He just has that special quality that only a few returners have. He might not be the go to receiver, but he will be heard on special teams, I hope the Boys are ready for the task next week!

Hey it is always good when the Skins lose. Although lets hold off on the dancing on the graves. I think they overpaid for all their free agents but sooner or later Al Saunders will improve that offense. His track record proves this. I still think any of the four teams in the NFC East can win the division and any of the four can be staring at last place.

I think EL will be thier best FA signing. Lloyd is the big play guy, but is sort of inconsistent and I believe is a guy the Niners didn't want anything to do with. Carter hasn't showed the burst they expected last night and during the preseason. Adam A. is a attacking strong safety who can make plays at the line of scrimmage but really is exposed when he needs to cover.

I think the four big FA signings are all decent players but not sure how many will live up to the expectations the skins had for them.

whether or not it was a good game against a good team, has little or nothing to do with the fact that carter and lloyd are not good players, at least imo.

they werent horrible overall- but both the D and O were horrible at times. and at times they were both impressive. the D was great on first and second downs. third downs...that was horrible.

i agree El will be good. i think lloyd will be decent at least. carter.....eh. not so sure about him.

this cracks me up!! i love it!! so so typical. and lets not forget the 2 mill dollar OC whose supercharged offense managed 1 TD and 3 fgs. hmmm, maybe they shouldve tried executing a few of those plays in preseason? best part was watching gibbs hide his face on the FG tries....is this guy cracking under the pressure or what????
