Jerry is much more likely to hire extra pole dancers (brought to you by Miller Light) than to try to restrict people who will spend money at his palace. In fact, Jerry would add in extra seats just to get more 49er fans in and let them purchase those extra Victoria Secrete items that they just cant find in SF.

Victoria Secret has some nice things. I kind of cringe thinking what Victoria Secrete might sell.

It's a great idea if Jerry tried this he would be sued. Not sure how it would be legal for anyone to deny a paying customer based on where they live and it definitely wouldn't look good for the NFL since they blackout games that don't sell out. Theres some guy already suing the NFL for the way they sell their tickets for the super bowl by only allowing the general public access to only 1% of the tickets.

Seattle isn't going to be able to stop me next season, as soon as the hawks-cowboys game gets a date. I will have dibs on 2-4 season ticket holders tickets. It has been arranged, so me and others from Michigan will be at the game
