Dear Jason Garrett

He should get one more chance next year but no more GM duties for him.
He was a mediocre QB coach who didn't deserve a chance to run an entire offense, much less a team.

He's absolutely nothing without Tony Romo.

I had hoped for innovation and an offensive game plan that challenged opposing defenses, but of course, that's predicated on Romo at the helm.

Sadly, Garrett is not quite the wunderkind we might have thought, at least not so far. It's not all on him, but there's confidence missing from the team, and concentration as well.

Stats of course can be brought up, but as I've said in the past, they're a fine barometer of where something has been, not always where it's going.

Let's see where we are after the bye week. It will be a long two weeks until the next game.

+1

Sad, sad performance today.
