Dear Jerra: In a sane world, three things would happen right now for the Cowboys

1. Show Folk the door as an example to what can happen to the rest of the team this offseason
2. Demote a good deal of starters to second string in practice this week.
3. Get DeCamillus to roam the sidelines spewing fire and venom if a player screws up. Because clearly the Cowboys need a stern father figure on the sidelines.
Yes, this is needed by this team at this time.

1. The owner would hire a GM who could actually get a job in the NFL without actually being the owner.....

I've never understood why Jerry is so easy on these players, he even hires cupcake coaches to assist them in their lazyness.

bravo sir

Team needs an infusion of talent on the O Line and secondary, and a change in culture. Part B is only gonna happen when Jerry steers clear of football operations.

Look the better team won alright? The better team won. Let's come to the realization about this Cowboys team. I think they're good. The 3rd best team in the NFC to be honest. But let's be real here. Maybe just maybe the better team won. I know it hurts. You like to think the Cowboys are the best team but I don't think so. The players played hard. They just got outplayed. Its that simple. Chargers are a GREAT team. No shame in losing to them. This team doesn't need to see a demotion. This team just needs to score points.

I'm trying to figure out why DeCamillis is getting such a free pass these last few weeks. Has the special teams been that good these last couple of weeks? Isn't he at least partially to blame for the bungling of our kicker situation?

Just curious.

Other than Crayton being replaced with Austin (which should have happened sooner)when was the last time any starter was demoted during the season?

yet when he hired Parcells, many posters on here wanted him run out of town too, Jerry can't win

Romo went in for Bledsoe. Barber started ahead of Julius Jones. I think those were the previous two.

Apparently some guys on here want to make him the next HC for some insane reason.

Last time I check, he was the Special Teams coach and our special teams have not been very special over these past couple of weeks. How he not only gets a pass, but is now promoted to HC level is beyond logical.

Folk had better be done. Dallas gave him a free pass with the hold excuse and he came out and shanked one just the same.

He needs to be done. Just sit him. Surely Beuhler cannot be any worse.

I think we need playmakers all across the board. Starting with QB, Offensive line, a receiver or 2, another pass rush specialist, HUGE NT, remove Bradie (invisible) James to 2nd string, another safety, another corner, a new kicker, a new Head Coach, a new Offensive coordinator, and a new GM.

That's not going to happen until he leaves this Earth..

Grasshoppah, read the post again: "in practice this week."

Not to demote them for the season, just for show during practice. They will still practice, but they will feel how it feels to be second-best, which they were Sunday.

I agree wit you; he definitely got the sympathy vote for that brace he is wearing. And for being little Danny Reeves' little son in law.
His special teams imploded last week. this week they did not show up, largely.
but put him on the sidelines just so the players can get used to someone barking at them for next year when Wade is no longer here and sleeps with the fishes in Seattle or cleveland or whereever he can finaggle a job.
