Dear Jerry,

I think the idea of trying to one up the competition by "stealing" players with that slide in the draft for various reasons needs to be re-addressed. It's one thing to gamble on a player who has a medical condition, but entirely different to gamble on a stupids. At least with a guy like Jaylon Smith you can tell a lot about his character by his dedication and commitment to his rehab. That and the college he attended. Notre Dame actually has some academic admission standards.

I'm not sure how guys like Gregory actually get through a single semester of college. Gregory did committ to Purdue but was too dumb to get in. Apparently, Nebraska's expectations are a lot lower.

Gregory, like Rolando, are the definition of stupids. And you can't fix stupids. Gregory has failed numerous tests he knew where coming. Just stop and think about that. He knew he would be tested at the combine. A test that could make or break his professional future. Failed. Then failed again, and again. How can you ever possibly rely on him ever again?

Did you promise to stand by and support him after the third or fourth time Jerry? He and Rolando are making a fool of you and a mockery of the team. And you are undermining your entire staff, let alone Garrett.

I can certainly understand the lifelong battle someone would face being a cocaine, heroine or meth addict. I personally know people who are addicts who I will never trust with anything because they simply cannot stop. They always return to their vise at some point.

But weed? who can't put down the bong for millions and millions of dollars? It's like paying a million dollars for a bag of weed. That's stupids for you. That's Randy and Rolando.

Probably after you retire you'll be reading about one or both or these idiots and how they spend their weekends now, fishing or something. Broke and alone and probably in bad health. Telling how they were taken advantage of by an agent or not given an opportunity they deserved, blah blah blah.

And I bet they don't name you as the guy who stood by them while they pissed down your back and told you it was raining. I know from what I've heard you can be a bit pig headed at times, but if there's one thing you could have learned from Jimmy, it was this quote. ~ if I ever draft another stupid player.. ~JJ

Best of luck in 2016

Yep, I'm sure this "letter" will have a lot of pull at the front office.

Who cares? If it's therapeutic for one fan, it's well worth it. And it already is for at least two.

Better to voice displeasure than to sheepishly shrug your shoulders and do nothing.

A good follow up would be to support words with actions and withhold your money. Hit a billionaire in his wallet and you'll truly get his attention.

I can buy the therapeutic part okay. I don't know if it's worth it. This is just a game and no one's life is at stake. Jerry is worth over 4 billion so he's not
worried where his next million is coming from. He building the "Star" with shoppes and hotels and restaurants to bring in more well-healed corporate types.
He's got a pretty good offense that will play defense this year by keeping the defense off the field. Why worry...If (IF) Romo stays healthy we can compete
in our division and maybe get a playoff game. That's all Jerry needs to keep his money gushing into the coffers.

As long as his consumers don't demand too much, his money will continue to roll in. It's each person's individual choice in how to spend their own money.

Jerry can't live for ever, right?
Yes, yes he can. He traded his soul for everlasting life.

He made the trade with himself. He's been thought of as The Devil. Turns out it was true. Or Satan. Same thing.

Or is he Lucifer? Nah. Can't be. That guy on Fox is way too handsome to be Jones. :p

Well he did make a "deal with the devil" to win those Superbowls" If memory serves me right. I mean it was a life time ago since we have been relevant more than once in a decade. I'm old.

I wish the league and every coach and staff member in it would give Jerry the Hardy treatment ....... just have nothing to do with the Cowboys till Jerry was gone from day to day operations and football decisions..

Then we would see how much he really loves the Cowboys and wants to win ... he would coach the team himself before he would give up one bit of power.
