I have a really hard time seeing improved communication/scheme familiarity making these existing players much better than they are now.

CP calls Cover 4 too much.

That D only works with a pass rush.

Could be true, but simply playing at an NFL level to get acclimated could make them much better down the road. We just need it to be sooner than later.

Need to let someone else call the plays if CP doesn’t work out.

Read the post you originally made and ask yourself does it look as clear as your rebuttal? Thanks for clarifying the point you intended to make but somehow was everywhere and nowhere all at once.

Reread your original post and realise how you were all over the place not making much since to anyone but yourself. Thank you for adjusting your post to make since for the rest of us here

I don't know what you're talking about but you can learn something from me when you look at round at the landscape of the NFL every team has a weakness somewhere whether it's on offense defense or both And if I've noticed anything usually you find out after five or six games hopefully with less injuries because right now the Cowboys are dealing with less injuries but if you were trying to like Poke the Bear you're trying to insult me you did and you're insulting yourself because you're unwilling to read and understand what I'm saying is a comprehensive issue or you need to take something to keep you focused.

The Cowboys defense just needs time to get it together but having these injuries early does not help I hope that clears it up for you because anything you say to me it's like I'm unfazed it's like when I get bit by A Bee, I just crush it and move on, I don't cry I can see you probably are a crier, you probably look for attention too You need to run to mommy and get help..

I think the Cover 4/Cover 4 Read is going to get old quick.

It looks as bad as last year so far. It's hard to watch our run defense and our pass defense on 3rd down is pathetic.

I really don't understand how you say this. Through 2 games, though there is MUCH NEEDED improvement in a lot of places, the D is giving up SIX POINTS FEWER per game than last year. Now, prior to the season I think most people would have said that's a win. Do we need to do better? Of course, but if we can get that to about EIGHT points fewer? That's huge change. Not the NE Patriots allowing 8 PPG, but then again, I don't buy that the Raiders D 13.5 or Vikings (12.5) are that good. We'll see but it looks to me like the team is making good progress.

Our 3rd down defense is ranked 32nd.

Almost all the stats are in the tank.

Good call but again I lean strongly toward "because of personnel capabilities" vice the actual quarters call itself.

Like you imply here, better edges make the coverage call more viable.

I'll add the underneath and flat route coverage responsibilities by the supposedly good sideline to sideline LBs in Overshown(in game 1) and Winters, are not covering worth a crap. Even when they are in position.

The final quarters 2 deep safety and corner combo has only shown randomly positive because of Downs's Swiss army knife elite abilities. The other 3 have been average to very bad.

My whole point is better players makes this scheme work.
Not the scheme.

Or more bluntly still, I think they would suck the same under any scheme or coordinator because of the physical deficiencies I mentioned.
It don't matter the scheme or DC, they'll still suck.
