I'm just pointing out obvious stuff, like the fact that you haven't shaken your head at another Weeden thread, Phil! Just looking out dude! "Phil" these fools up with some head shakes!
Only thing you're pointing out is I have a lot of control over you over a thrand honestly you should be ashamed of yourself but something tells me you're not. Also they started their thread before you so why would I say something about this one?

Yeah bad "thrand." My fault, Phil. You corrected me. Never again, Phil. Never again.

Hey if all you can find is a misspelled word to make you feel better take that moral victory leave with some dignity. I'm still amazed at how much control I have over you that makes you so upset over Brandon Weeden. Let me repeat his name Brandon Weedon lol

So for those blaming Weeden for not throwing downfield, as if he didn't want to do so, despite the fact he had no problem last week when he found TWill open. Threw him two passes today...no catches.

Anyone notice that the winning QB didn't throw downfield either? Ryan--24 completions for 285; Weeden--22 completions for 232. The difference is Jones was open short and across the middle all game, and he has the skill to do something with those short receptions.

Atlanta ran the ball better with their OL vs our D than we ran vs their D, and they had a star and plenty of help from other receivers who converted 3rd down. I've seen Weeden suck; I've seen Weeden with no chance vs a stud defense. Today, Weeden performed better than most teams expect of their backup QB without his top receiver. Today, despite a second half collapse, we put more points on the board than Romo was able to put up without Dez vs NY and Philly. No, he's not a starter in the NFL, but he's not the problem.

I think you missed quite a few replays. Smith missed at least two run blocks and was beaten for a key sack on third down. Fred was blown into the backfield a few times. Free was beaten for a loss on a run play and called for holding the very next play. Our all world rookie from last year was subpar again. I'm not talking LBs...they had three DL all beat their blocks and in our backfield on a run play for lost yardage.

First half....all world.
Second half...bums.

Easier for a defense to clog running lanes with just check-downs to worry about. This thing works as a whole, not as parts of the sum.

He is a huge problem going forward...the errant, ill-advised, brain-dead, lack of situational awareness interception is just affirmation that the coaching staff figures less is more with Weeden. Any Dallas fan that figured on winning a game where the offense puts up zero points in the final 30 minutes might want to check and see when was the last time that actually happened...my guess is not too many times. If you are not scoring then it is very likely that you are not sustaining drives, and if you are not sustaining drives, then you are likely taxing an already overmatched d-line to the point of fracture.

Dallas and Marinelli overestimated the strength of a continually depleting defense and it backfired today. How far are we really from 2013, with what is left on the d-line today?

Cassel also doesn't have nearly the same time out in with the team as Weeden. And overall, he isn't much better.

I really think the problem wasn't Weeden, but rather how he was being coached up.

This . It would be a complete desperation move to go to cassell. I don't think we are there yet

We should be a Brees less Saints team. If we don't I expect Cassel to start the Patriots game

I agree that we should beat a Saints team w/o Brees, assuming he still won't play. Hopefully, if it's not in the cards for us to win, we will flip the switch to put Cassel in charge of the passing game. Mr. Linehan was awfully reluctant to utilize his wideouts with Weeden at the helm, that's for sure. Maybe Matt Cassel could change that.
