Mediocre Packers defense holding the 49ers to 0 points in the half.
Meanwhile, our defense got gashed left and right and ran over like roadkill.
Couldnt generate any pressure on mediocre JImmy G.
Packers score 7 at the half same as Dallas but difference is they stopped the run which we couldnt do

Outdoor vs indoor, they have better DTs..

It's apples and oranges between the two games. But since you're comparing the two, our defense at least made two big stops at the end and gave the offense a chance to win the game with 3 minutes and 3 timeouts. Packers' defense couldn't make the stop at the end when it mattered.

Green Bay got beat by special teams and Niners held up pretty well on defense. Definitely wasn't due to the great Jimmy G

Just too hard to build a championship defense that plays indoors. No bad weather to worry about and the turf makes it ideal conditions for every offense. If you're an indoor team, your identity will always be based on the offense (ex: New Orleans, Peyton's Colts, 2000s Rams). So obviously you can't afford to have an offense put up only 7 points at home after 3 quarters.

Uh, weather probably played a big factor.

In the playoffs…the TOUGHEST teams win. One more reason why we lost in first round.

The two games are entirely different. The Packers gave this game away and Dallas was never really in it. The Packers led the entire game except for the final seconds, Dallas never did. One thing in common with Packers and Dallas.......both one and done.

As I said, apples and oranges.

Again, this draft should be all defense and offensive line. No questions. If you draft anything else, it should be a 4.2 receiver that you can use all over the field.

yeah in 13 degree night game, snow later in game changes everything. I think the cold affected the packers more than the 49s.
