There is no question the putrid defense gave the Cowboys no chance to win on Monday but the offense is not without blame in the 45-28 loss.

To a man, the Cowboys say they understand they needed to keep up with the Bears and match them score for score. In the end they couldn't keep up.

The Bears turned a 14-14 game to 42-14 before the Cowboys scored again.

"It's a team game," receiver Dez Bryant said. "We have to score points to help out our D. It's just the way it goes."

Not going for it on 4th and 4 or whatever from the Bears 40ish was a big mistake early in the third quarter there. Had to turn that field position into points.

Every year it seems to be another position we try to blame the losses on. At some point in fans process, there needs to be acceptance that leaders and culture isn't conducive to winning big games in December. Once we have acceptance then we move onto stop buying tickets, jerseys, etc. And only then do we get real change in the 'how things are done' at executive level.

LOL, I mean seriously what kind of dumb concept is this? Our offense failed to keep up? So our motto now is "if they don't punt, neither do we." The excuse-making for this defense has become laughable. You would think they learned from the Denver game that the offense keeping up strategy isn't sustainable either.
