Defense is to blame

Yeah the score was all on Dak. What would Romo have done. Or Aikman.

Dak stunk it up. But every time packers had the ball it was a score and that was not on Dak. Take away the pick 6. Was still embarrassing. Even if we kept pace we could not have kept pace. This Defense was done for. What’s worse and this is what did it for me….. The refs were calling the holding on Parsons…. Could it have been worse..

We scored on the last possession of the 1st and the 1st possession of the 2nd half. The score was now 27-10. We showed some life. What did the defense do after we scored 10 straight? A 5 play, 75 yard drive by GB to basically end our hopes of coming back. It seems like you Anti-Dak Cult Members want all the blame to fall on his shoulders. It's an agenda y'all have, I know. I've seen several Dak fanboys here admit he didn't play well.

Micah was a no-show AGAIN but y'all give him a pass on that. Off the top of my head, in 4 playoff games, Micah now has a whopping 18 combined tackles, ZERO tackles for losses and only ONE sack. For what most everyone here says is the best player on this team, that's totally unacceptable. No?

You cannot take away the pick 6, or the stupid sack that cost us 3, or the other pick.
That is just making excuses for the QB that stank JUST AS BAD AS PRETTY MUCH EVERYONE ELSE INCLUDING THE COACHES
This was as total a team fail as you will ever see but the QB was the worst player of this game for the boys; well maybe Parsons....

We scored because of a bogus horse collar tackle and a non-called false start and Dak almost throwing another pick. Dak is the one that gave them the points on the pick 6 and the first INT. That right there means our defense has to play more conservative, because they know Dak can’t play when he’s behind.

As I’ve stated multiple times, not every game tje defense is going to play lights out, particularly in the playoffs. That’s when the elite QBs carry their teams through. They at least play well and go toe to toe with the opposing QB.

Dak when they lose like this, year in and year out, is arguably the worst player individually on the field.

And teams scheme for Micah…. And they don’t hold the ball as much as the QBs…

How many of the Dak fanboys were saying Dak had turned the corner against the Eagles, who proceeded to get an annihilated by a backup on the Giants?

They drove 95 yards for a TD without breaking a sweat. I knew it was over right there.

Knew it was over then too as it would have to be one of those games in which Dak played at a high level and played near perfect football. And as usual he folded when a game mattered the most. But the defense doesn't get excused for their poor play.

And for those who are saying that the defense would have played better if Dak didn't turn over the ball or stunk it up on offense. Then how does the Seattle game get explained. The defense didn't force one punt in that game until last into the 4th quarter. The only difference is Dak spotting the Packers 14 points. Yet all of the other drives are the responsibility of Dan Quinn and this defense for being unprepared, missing assignments and not adjusting.

I’m not a Dak hater but I don’t give a rats tail about all that regular season stuff when you are 2-5 in the playoffs and look scared and shaken. That’s not a good sign and I was one of the people in the game thread’s embarrassing myself thinking we were coming back because of the guy.

But our team doesn’t play well from behind . If we get off to slow starts offensively it has a snowball effect. And defense struggled all year making stops against better teams .
