2 weeks straight defense got gassed early because the offense couldn't help keep them off the field.

Defense did what they do best for the majority of the game—-bend don’t break.

Chargers just got too many opportunities because our offense is pathetic.

I guess it’s the same point you’re making but all in all—-I didn’t think the defense was as bad as I have seen them. Most of the problems are on marinelli’s system, not the players.

Defense opened up the 2nd half. They nearly scored 30 points on us.....Chargers were nice enough to concede their last drive. This defense did nothing. Let's don't kid ourselves on the score. We were lucky to have them go down 4 trips in the redzone with only 3 points. They lost their kicker.....and we still couldn't do anything.

The Defense failed in the 2nd half of the last two games, there is no doubt about that. However, if the Offense had been able to produce touchdowns then the outcome of the games may have been different. Or at least within reach of winning and not getting blown out.
