It is easy to say looking at this, if jerry had let Shotty hire his own DC Cowboys would be in the playoffs this year.

I read people here saying get rid of shotty, he should never have been hired etc.
Yet he has the #1 offense in NFL !
Sadly he was saddled with the # 30 defense !

The other thing surprising is that the Patriots are the only playoff team with a top 7 offense and defense, the other teams only have 1 in top 7.
