No, I think it's as simple as having them tackle in practice.

The run defense saved the day on that side of the ball. The pass coverage was marginally better. The pass rush was just as anemic esp considering how beat up the Giants line was. The offense was better all around. The turnovers saved the day in the end though.

Manning still threw for 370+ yards. We had a couple of INT's that helped a lot, but we can't count on those bailing us out, especially considering the fact that we haven't exactly been very good at forcing turnovers in recent times.

Seems like a stretch considering how prolific they were. Remember, that interception was a 14 point swing in a game we won by 13 points.

Granted, we played a bit soft toward the end so Manning's stats are a little inflated, but I'd struggle to characterize our coverage as being "much better" than anything. Interceptions are unpredictable beasts.

This definitely helped, but it won't fix our defense long-term. I think we all agree Pasqualoni is not the answer at DC. This is simply a temporary fix.

We will be a "bend but don't break" defense the rest of the year. Playing zone will help our secondary keep everything in front of them and get more picks.

Giants game plan probably expecting more blitz espically Smith being out of the game. With that said, the zone coverage help the secondary out instead putting them one on one with the lack of pressure on the QB.... I just hope this D can improve week to week..... Offensive have struggle, but I think the D is the main reason why were 2-7
