Defense?

So the bucs were supposed to be great...in 2 of there three games that defense got rolled.

The football team? Nope.

I can not remember the last time we had a defense that seemed to swarm the ball. I was seeing that last night. We bottled up Hurts pretty well. We didn't sack him a ton, but we were pressuring him the entire game. We tackle. For the most part, they made a catch and were tackled. Keep in mind we are missing several players on defense, specifically Tank.

Now before we anoint Quinn as the great coach that is scheming this up, remind me how many of these guys are new to us this year? Who are the two best defensive players, right now? One was a rookie and the other in college last year.

It's great to score 30+ points. It's better to not feel like you HAVE to score 30+ to have a chance.

I'm actually enjoying watching this defense, rather than cringing and hoping they can force a FG.

Having Gregory and Parsons on the outside gave Dallas a lot of speed on the ends. Bother were able to chase down Hurts and force him out of bounds on runs U bet Hurts thought would be long gains.
