I do not believe that BP ........ seen this episode to many times.

You have not seen this episode. This is first time you have seen a whole defensive staff that has not worked for the jones in a meaningful capacity.
These are not the types of coaches the Jones boys like. They want older guys they are comfortable with, have worked with and know they can manipulate.

Now Last Year with Eberflus and the year before with Zimmer I would agree with you. This is not that staff.

With that said, still does not mean it will work out. It might go to hell in a handbasket as they are all so young and most do not have any hc or DC type exp. And of course if they do not take FA seriously and do not hit on the draft picks, it will not matter anyway.

I've got to say that I'm super impressed with the coaching staff except for the one at the tippy top. I don't like Schottenheimer as a head coach and don't believe he's got the type of personality to turn this franchise around. That said, I'm impressed with the staff he's put together. It's a healthy mix of veteran and young coaches that he'll get good feedback from. This is a franchise that needs to be burned to the ground and rebuilt from the ashes. While the Jones boys continue to be fire retardant, at least Schottenheimer had the good sense to throw a match to the rest of it and start anew.

You don't really need a lot of NFL experience to succeed. But you do need to show results. Most of these people shown results on what they did.

Didn’t realize Darian Thompson was on the staff.

Also did they let Tiquan Underwood go? Saw him in the sideline all year. Looks like Bravo Brown might’ve got his spot.

These good vibes with all these young coaches being added to Parkers new defensive scheme, will put added pressure on Ol Jerry and as a result he will indeed be more involved in the first week of free agency. I think Schottenheimer combined with Parker and his young staff will demand some action from Ol Jerry in free agency, and Ol Jerry will feel obligated to break the bank. I look for Dallas to add 4 or 5 top shelf guys during the early free agent period on defense especially.
