I've already accepted Turner will be the coach. Not my first choice, certainly isn't even Jerry's first choice but with the lack of proven candidates this year.........you know the rest. I'm pretty confident we'll be better next year on offense, especially when Norv brings in a hardnose to coach our soft o. line. Special teams will take care of itself-no I wouldn't be shocked to see Avezzano again........but I agree with alot of posters on this board that the Defense and who leads it is the real bugaboo here. I'd like to see a young, but experienced 3/4 coach come in. Someone who's served under Phillips or Dick LeBeau OR Bill Belicheck. S.Diego(maybe Manusky) or Pittsburgh or N.England has got to have a sharp, young guy who could come in and fix this 'D'. Thoughts?
