While our D has performed better under PP, I believe it is obvious he is not the answer at DC. Just wondering who are some DC candidates you would like to see brought in

I don't think we can steal Ron Rivera, Dom Capers, or Dick LeBeau...so I'd go after one of their disciples or someone from the Ravens or Bears. I just want a guy with a different attitude.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I want a guy who has a way of coaching that instills aggression and smart play...X's and O's should play second fiddle as far as I'm concerned. Just give me someone who gets this defense to play angry, and I'll be alright.

Now that would be interesting. But I don't see it happening. Plus, it's a far cry going from a 4-6 to a 3-4. I think that's largely his problem now. The defense he knows so well is all but obsoltete in today's NFL.

That would be a horrible move. He doesn't know what he's doing enough to be anybody's DC. That's been pretty apparent from his tenure in SF.

Whoever we name, it should be someone with some significant 3-4 experience. There's no way to say who might be out there until the season ends.
